Product Description

GP crushers are designed for grinding long plastic pipes and profiles. Overall heavy-duty steel welded cavity forms a fixed angle with the horizontal feeding hopper. The feeding hopper is almost parallel to the ground, is very convenient for feeding long materials such as small-diameter PVC pipes and profiles. When too much solid waste fed into the crushing chamber, the rotor no longer accepts more material until the material in the crushing chamber has been crushed. So don't worry about the problem of material blocking. GP rotor diameters range: 560mm, 600mm, 700mm, and with rotor length up to 1400mm. "V" shaped rotor helps to improve cutting efficiency and reduce dust in the flakes. Anti-wear plates in the crushing cavity and external bearings help to reduce the risk of contaminants entering the crushing chamber.

GP crusher is especially designed for small-dia pipes and profiles, suitable for 16-450mm PE, PP, PVC pipes, wide door panels and sheets. For big crushing capacity, can be equipped with feeding conveyor, suction fan, storage bin and dust removal system.
