A large number of HDPE milk bottles have not been effectively recycled, and a lot of waste gas has caused great impact on the environment. ACERETECH provide a proper washing solution for our customer in South Africa.
Label remover remove above 90% labels for both common and compressed bottles, then bottles be fed into crusher.
Crusher crushes the bottles into small flakes, then through screw loader feed into washing unit.
Washing unit consists of floating washing, hot washing, high speed washing etc to remove dirties,milk oil from bottles.
Washed bottle flakes goes into centrifugal dryer and pipeline hot air drying system, the final flakes moisture can be controlled within 1%. Label separator to collect remain labels.
